Language
All Legal and Financial discussions can be done in English or Spanish . You decide. All documentation must be completed in Spanish ( the law) and all mortgages and liens will be notarized and sent into the Costa Rica Central Registry ( This ensure all parties are legally covered with no surprises )
Terms and Prices
All loans are from several months to several years. This allows you time to complete other financing for long term. All loans are open — you can pay it off at any time without a penalty ( this is unique in Costa Rica )
Percentages costs are normal for the country for the type of loan and we can cover up to 65% of an asset value.
We do not provide loans on land only — there must be an house or condo or car asset for security purposes. .
ESCROW SERVICES
Similar to USA and Canada procedures, can provide escrow services for the house or condo purchase.
The fees are competitive.
Services include the payment of all closing costs, seller payments, deposit and purchase collection from buyer.
